Housing versus disability support service

Hello, I am offering my accommodation against service. I am a blind person new to Paris. I own a T2 and I plan to rent a room for accompaniment service. Support I need: - Help with household chores, shopping. - Help with social integration in this city which is new to me. - Exit assistance. I can totally understand that the person cannot offer me full-time availability, due to their studies or their job. Plus I also work, so availability to match (preferably in the evening). This is why I suggest calculating the amount of rent based on the duration of the human assistance service offered each month (amount to be defined together). Basically if I obtain reasonable availability, the person will not have to pay rent but just their charges. I would like to clarify that my main interest is to be able to obtain help/support and not to earn more rent. This will help me integrate more easily and it will reduce my expenses to pay for these home shopping delivery services etc. Concerning the apartment: One bedroom, 1 large living room. The bedroom has a double bed. You will have the possibility to choose one or the other as a private zone. And the living room will have a good quality convertible sofa (delivery in progress for this month). Shower room and shared kitchen. Medium sized entry.
